Step 3

Possible installation of containment sheets and leveling of inspection pits.

Supply and installation of a containment and delimiting sheet for flower beds, plants, and/or hedges. This serves to contain the outer edge of the aggregate without mixing it with the soil of the hedges.

If there are unsightly manholes and inspection pits in the garden, we recommend covering them by raising or lowering them to the level of the stabilized sub-base. They can also be covered with the synthetic turf, cut and glued, allowing them to still be inspected.

Step 5

Laying and fixing the synthetic turf.

The turf is joined at the edges with a special pre-glued bituminous tape. Securing the turf is a crucial step for the durability of the synthetic lawn. The lawn is pinned with special stakes along the perimeter and joints.

Step 6

Sandblasting and brushing.

The grass is then sanded with special infill sand in bags (10 kg/m²) and, if there are pets, the sand is pre-mixed with “zeolite” with a granulometry of 0.1/0.3. The final brushing ensures the even distribution of the infill sand within the grass fibers.

How to install
On paving

Step 1

Installation of draining flooring - extra work

An optional process that helps with rainwater runoff in case of low slope, preventing water stagnation, is the installation of a “SHOCK-DRAIN” draining flooring.

Step 2

Installation of TNT fabric - extra work (in case of laying a draining mat)

This intervention serves to prevent dirt or debris from getting underneath the mat and potentially clogging the drains.

Step 3

Laying and fixing of the synthetic turf

It involves the perimeter fixing of the synthetic turf every 40/50 cm, using special glue dots or a pre-glued double-sided tape to secure it properly to the surface.

Step 4

Sandblasting and brushing

The grass is then sanded with specially packaged infill sand (10 kg/m²) and, in the case of pets, premixed with “zeolite” of granulometry 0.1/0.3. The final brushing helps to evenly distribute the infill sand into the fibers of the turf.
