FICUS ELASTICA H120cm

The Ficus elastica is a tree native to the humid tropical regions. In its natural state, it can grow over 30 meters tall. It has large, glossy dark green oval leaves, sometimes streaked with yellow and with a pronounced tip. The leaf buds are covered by a protective pink or reddish bract.

When potted, it rarely blooms and reaches a height of 2.5 meters, maintaining an upright and defined shape. Ficus elastica is commonly known as the Rubber Tree due to the white latex it produces, which is used in rubber production.
