All orders that require shipping will be handed over to the courier within 3 working days, unless an in-store pickup is explicitly requested.

The delivery of products will take place at the address provided by the buyer within the time frame and according to the methods specified by the chosen system (we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier).

If necessary, we can provide the customer with the tracking code for the shipment to check its status and progress.

If the shipped package is in storage, we will notify you and do what we can to help resolve the issue. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transportation. In these cases, you will need to contact the courier’s customer support directly.

Upon receiving the goods, check that the order is complete and correct, that no products are missing or damaged. For any issues, you can contact us at the email address info@demo.akomi.it/erbyshop/en.

ATTENTION – PALLET AND BULKY GOODS SHIPMENT Delivery services with appointment scheduling and delivery notification must be requested during the order in the notes section, otherwise, the courier will deliver without any notice. Since bulky goods do not travel with the standard courier but with a dedicated transporter, if there is no one available to receive the goods, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery costs (by appointment).

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Private customers can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods, only for accessories and entire 25-meter rolls that are not custom-cut.

Customers purchasing with a VAT number, and private individuals who have purchased custom-cut rolls (where the initial 25 meters have been reduced by cutting) cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

To request a return, the customer must contact us by email or phone, providing their details and the item(s) they wish to return.

We will then provide instructions for shipping the product, which must be intact and well-packaged.

If the returned package contains missing or damaged items, the return cannot be processed.

To receive a refund, the customer must return the purchased products at their own expense to the address provided and share their bank account details or PayPal address for the refund to be processed.

The payment will be made in the days following the confirmation of the return.
